From Salon Chair to Design StudioI am Džiuljeta Vėbrė — an image designer with 19 years of experience, a stylist and hairdresser with 30 years of experience, as well as a hairdressing instructor, seminar lecturer, and author of the professional guide "If You Want to Change Your Life, Change Your Hairstyle," written for both beauty professionals and women who want to transform their image.
I founded several beauty salons in Kaunas, Lithuania — including Grožio Artelė 313 and Salon Rolė — where I started designing stylish, specialised clothing, capes, and accessories for my employees, made from a special material that is resistant to chemicals and dyes.
Why I Started Designing UniformsThere was a great demand because I could not find any suitable stylish clothing made from special material for hairdressers, manicurists, and makeup artists anywhere — not in Lithuania, not abroad in Finland, Italy, or Poland, and not online. All the clothing worn so far would get ruined by hair dyes that would not wash out, and the only options available were cheap aprons.
Hairdressers and beauty specialists are artists, creators, designers — they create hairstyles and images for their clients, so they want to look not only professional but also stylish, exceptionally fashionable, and up-to-date with fashion trends. I knew they deserved better than disposable aprons.
Where It All Started — Grožio Artelė 313For years, the uniforms I designed existed only inside my own salons. I sourced special fabrics, tested them with real salon chemicals, and created garments that were not only resistant to bleach and hair dye but also comfortable, stylish, and flattering. Clients noticed them. Other salon owners asked about them. Hairdressers from across the Baltics wanted to know where to buy them.
The demand grew until I realised this was not just a solution for my own team — it was a product the entire industry needed. In 2019, I officially founded MB Comfort and Beauty and launched HairdresserClothes.com, bringing my salon-proven designs to professionals worldwide.
What Makes My Clothing DifferentThe clothing I design for beauty specialists stands out with its unique design and functionality — interchangeable details, generous pockets, and transformable garments that adapt to your working style. They are also very comfortable, designed specifically for the working conditions of hairdressers, manicurists, makeup artists, and massage therapists.
I created clothing that meets all expectations and needs. Every uniform is made from a specially engineered 100% polyester that is fully resistant to hair dyes, bleaching powder, peroxide, and all salon chemicals. Black stays black — guaranteed.
What Our Clients SaySpecialists who have purchased my clothing for their salons — and there are already quite a few in Lithuania and abroad — thank me for the comfortable, beautiful, and elegant appearance of their salon staff. The clothing washes well, dries quickly, and lasts for years with daily use.
Today, the collection includes 18 models — from the bestselling LATTER to the premium UNIKA VIP — worn by salon professionals across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, and more than 20 other countries.
Two Salons — Where Every Design Is TestedEvery new uniform design is first worn by my own team at Grožio Artelė 313 and Salon Rolė (K. Petrausko St. 44, Kaunas). We test it through weeks of real salon work — haircuts, colour treatments, bleaching sessions, daily washing — before it enters the collection. When you buy a HairdresserClothes uniform, you are wearing something that has been proven in two real, working salons.
My Design PhilosophyEvery uniform I design follows three principles:
It must be completely resistant to salon chemicals — black stays black, guaranteed.
It must be comfortable enough for 8+ hours on your feet — lightweight, breathable, quick-drying.
It must look like designer fashion, not generic workwear — because hairdressers are artists and deserve to dress like it.
